WHEN BOOKING YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION WHICH HAS A LINK TO A QR CODE

You will need to download your QR Code prior to arrival at your booked session. Please have your QR Code ready on your phone or print out to enable us to quickly check you in. We cannot use a screen shot of an email confirmation. It has to be the QR Code for the quickest check in.

When you purchase tickets online you can check out by setting up an account or check out as a guest with no account (Not recommended).

Only ACCOUNT HOLDERS can change their online booking up to 24 hours before the event begins.

GUESTS cannot amend an online booking nor can they be amended by the Front of House Team.

Please note that the times given are the times the Lido is open.   Swimmers will be asked to leave the water 10 minutes before the Lido closes.
